Letter from the Editor November 2014

headerimage01Wow. That was a fast two months! It was two months ago since I published our last newsletter. Either I’m getting older (I celebrated my birthday in Oct), or we’ve gotten extremely busy. Or both.

I’m excited to welcome several new clients to the Entelechy family. The reason I’m excited is because I know that our relationship is just beginning and, over time, what is currently a tentative and hopeful beginning will blossom and grow into a strong, deep, trusting performance partnership.

New clients come to Entelechy for a variety of reasons. Some are looking for a great program that they can make their own; whether it’s leadership, management, customer service, sales, or something else, Entelechy can build it to our clients’ specs AND it becomes theirs!

Some clients are simply looking for a model – coaching is a hot one right now! – and have heard about Entelechy’s simple and highly effective models. Because we constantly hone and refine our models and instructional support of those models, they have become so simple and so effective that they sometimes leave learners astounded at how easy they are to adopt and adapt.

Some clients are looking for a collaborative partner to help them figure out what they need; Entelechy’s business-based approach to needs assessment ensures that what we create together will have immediate and sustained impact.

Some clients have simply become frustrated with their existing training or training partner that they’re looking for something better. They’ve been burned before and are cautious. Because we have no previous history with these clients, all we can point to is what our existing clients have found out before them.

Regardless of WHY they come, we’re delighted to partner with them as we together create transformational training that impacts the lives of participants and the culture of the organization.

As president of such an organization, I am humbled and thrilled. Thank you to all of our new and existing clients. And to our future clients, give me a call; we’re waiting for you!!
